 The facility is built to handle every linen need any enterprise
has. It has three distinct independent processing lines: Food and
Beverage, Industrial, and Healthcare.
In all sections, linen is processed and tracked electronically.
The Healthcare section is entirely segregated by wall from the other
sections of the plant. Within there is an area completely walled
off for receiving the soiled hospital linen. No cart can enter the
"clean" area without being washed and disinfected. Conveyor
belts, Floors, and Trucks are also disinfected. It has a capacity
of handling 6000 pounds per hour or 43,000,000 pounds a year.
The Food and Beverage section has equal processing capability as well
as the capability to produce highly specialized finishes for the
various needs of restaurants.
